Price

All our prices for our products are nett and quoted in Singapore dollars. Discounts are not given unless they are displayed in our promotional items or are entitled to our membership accounts.

Store Location

bagoflove.com online store is located in Singapore and operates everything on the internet. All merchandise purchased online are shipped from Singapore.

Delivery Services

All delivery charges are in Singapore Dollars and are for local Singapore addresses.

Order Processing

We will process your order once we received your order form sent to us automatically when you checked out from our online store. We will check your information sent and verify its accuracy before sending out via email our invoice/order confirmation. We will include payment instructions for you to complete your preferred payment method. These instuctions will guide you how you can make payments to us, namely; cheque, bank transfer and PayPal. On receipt of payment of full payment of your order, we will ship your items within 2 business working days.

Order Confirmation

Every online order form received will be given an order confirmation by us to confirm your order is all in place. This order confirmation will be via an email and will be sent within the same business working day or next working day for orders received after 6.00 PM Singapore time. The order confirmation email will include payment instuctions for you to complete the payment.

Payment Methods

For Cheque payment, we will clear the cheque fund first before shipping out your order. For Internet/ATM Bank Transfer, we will need you to contact us to inform us of your transfer has taken place. This will help us expedite your shipping. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly. Please remit your payment in Singapore Dollars if you are using PayPal. For C.O.D. payment, there will be a surcharge of S$4.00 and this payment method is only available if Local Courier is selected. For other shipping methods, C.O.D is not available.

Credit Card Payment and PayPal

We accept credit card payments via PayPal for orders above S$50. To use PayPal, please visit PayPal website for details and signing up your FREE PayPal account. PayPal has over 45 millions member accounts and it is known for their safe and easy-to-use payment scheme for online transactions globally. Security measures provided by PayPal is one of the most highly-regarded standard achieved in terms of gloabal usage and one that makes global e-commerce easy to use. Another key advantage of using PayPal is internet merchants will not be sent your credit card number at all, it goes to PayPal processing gateway directly and that keeps your confidentiality to a single-point and your exposure is thus limited to a trusted entity.

Out of Stock Items

We will display "Out of Stock" notice wherever appropriate at our online store for items we do not have ex-stock. However, at times, there may be occasions where we are not able to provide prior "Out of Stock" information. Upon receivng your order, we will inform you via email should your ordered item is out of stock and how you would like to proceed from here.

Gift Wrapping

We will gladly gift wrap your items upon your indication. Please write your instruction in the checkout form. Gift wrapping service is free for orders above S$80 otherwise a fee of S$2.00 is applicable.

Cancellation of Order and Exchange

We will accept order cancellations only for genuine and valid reasons. These are genuine manufacturer defects spotted at time of reciept of items, stock un-availability or genuine errors made during the ordering process not discovered until reciept of items. For exchange, we reserve the rights to do an exchange only for genuine product defects at the time of shipping. All online orders received are firmed and final. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
